Report or block someone

Open their profile or the conversation menu. Select Report and a reason, or Block. Individual messages can also be reported. Blocking prevents further messages and ends the current match.

Report acknowledgement and response

You receive an automatic acknowledgement when a report is submitted successfully. This does not mean a moderator has already reviewed it. We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content and suspend abusive users’ social access. Use Hide message for immediate removal from your own view on this device; moderators retain the evidence. For inappropriate activity, contact support@sonurne.com.

Delete your account

Request account or data deletion, including without access to the app.

In the app, open Settings → Safety & account → Delete account. Confirm permanent deletion. For your security, you may need to sign in again. Your account, journal and sent messages are removed. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your Apple or Google account settings.

Appeal a moderation decision

Email support with your account email and a short explanation. Do not include other users' private data.
