Adults only (18+). There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content and suspend abusive users’ social access. Use Hide message to remove a message from your view immediately on this device; reported messages are also hidden after submission. Evidence remains available to moderators. Sonurne is for respectful dream reflection and connections. Harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, pornography, spam, impersonation and sharing someone else’s private information are prohibited. Do not use the service for random anonymous or sexual chats.

Profanity, insults, degrading language, humiliating mockery and abusive personal attacks are prohibited. This applies to messages, profile names, biographies and all content shared with other users. Use respectful language during disagreements; responding with insults is also a violation.

Repeated unwanted messages, unsolicited sexual content or images, threats, blackmail and discriminatory language are prohibited. Respect a person’s decision not to communicate. Do not create another account to evade a block, encourage others to target a user, or share personal information or private conversations without permission.

If you encounter a violation, use Report and Block rather than escalating the dispute. Submit accurate, relevant information; do not target others with coordinated false reports. Depending on the review findings and severity, content may be removed, features restricted or an account closed. Contact support if you believe a decision was made in error.

Use Report on a message or profile to explain a concern. Use Block to stop communication. Automated checks may reject unsafe messages; human review is still necessary and mistakes can be appealed through support. Accounts and content that violate these rules may be restricted or removed.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Sonurne is not an emergency or medical service.
